Sub-processors for uigraph.app

UIGraph ("we", "us", or "our") uses a limited number of third-party service providers ("sub-processors") to help us deliver the Service. These providers may process customer data on our behalf, solely to provide the functionality described below and subject to confidentiality and data protection obligations.

1. Current Sub-processors

We currently rely on the following sub-processors:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS) — cloud infrastructure hosting, including compute, databases, caching, storage, and networking.
• OpenAI — underlying AI model provider used to power UIGraph's AI features (e.g. summarization, chat, and the Slack app's AI assistant). Data sent to OpenAI is limited to what is needed to generate the requested response.
• Stripe — payment processing for paid subscriptions.

Tools used only for website analytics and marketing (not for processing product data) are disclosed separately in our Cookie Policy.

2. Optional Integrations

Where you choose to connect an optional integration, such as Slack, the third party providing that integration will process data as necessary to operate the integration you enabled. This only applies to workspaces or accounts that explicitly install or connect the integration.

3. Updates to This List

We may add or replace sub-processors as our Service evolves. We will update this page when we do, and we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page accordingly.
